Head of Marketing
Up to £65000 plus benefits
Our client, an ambitious, high growth, Technology solutions business, specialising in leisure and entertainment are looking for a Head of Marketing, to help improve the ROI on Sales and Marketing across the business.
You will be responsible for a small team, that sits across Sales and Marketing, and will be strong in all areas of Marketing, specifically PPC, SEO, online campaigns, Social Media, branding and content, and lead generation.
The business are expanding, and looking to launch new products into new markets, so experience of this will be a distinct advantage.
The business are growing year on year, and there will be a need to build on the current team, so you will be responsible for desiging what the structure needs to look like and determining the skills necessary to hit the business objectives. Currently in situ, is a Sales Manager, Social Media Executive, and a senior Marketing Executive.
What experience do you need, in order to be successful?
The successful candidate will need to have:-
- Proven experience in a Technology focussed business
- Demonstrate previous experience of all areas of the Marketing spectrum evidencing ROI increase.
- Google Analytics experience
- Demonstrable Social Media growth
- Experience with Salesforce CRM would be ideal.
- Previous leadership experience
- A "Can do" attitude
